The account and billing section provides information on account details, usage reporting, user management, transaction history and upgrade and payment options.
To access the Accounts and Billing page:
- Click the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar
- Select the "Account and Billing Information" link
Read through the entire Account and Billing Information page or click one of the links below to jump to the appropriate feature.
Subscription Plan & Campaign Usage
Upgrade
To upgrade your account to a new subscription plan, click the "Upgrade" link on the top tool bar.
- Your current plan will be selected
- Select the new plan you wish to upgrade to
Accounts ONLY be upgraded. You cannot change your subscription to a lower tier than originally purchased
- Click the "Upgrade Now" button and you will be taken to the payment window where you can enter your payment information.
Payment Details
To edit or add new payment options click the "Payment Details" link on the top navigation bar.
Account Information
To edit account information click the "Edit" link adjacent to the "Account Information"label.
- Make your changes
- Click the "Save Button"
Subscription Plan & Campaign Usage
The campaign usage table displays your current subscription plan (how many campaigns of each event type you have purchased), how many of these campaigns have already been used, how many campaigns are remaining the your subscription, and the percentage of subscription campaigns used to date.
Campaign Usage Details
The campaign usage details table lists all of the campaigns that have been generated.
The table displays all campaigns (sorted in chronological order - most recent to least) including:
- Event Title
- The Event Type
- The date the campaign was created
- The user that created the campaign
Payments and Transactions
The payments and transactions table lists all purchases, upgrades and payments
Account Users
The account user table list all user in the account.
To add a new user, click the "Add" link and fill out the information:
When you add a new user, an email will be sent to to the email address your specify and the user will be required to create their password.
To edit an existing user, click the "Edit" link, make any necessary changes and then click he "Save"button
