Campaign Summary

The campaign summary is a 2-3 sentence block of text that provides an overview of the subject matter of your event.

Contentware scans your registration page and locates summary information for your campaign.

How it works

We read your page, much like a search engine and our AI Engine locates summary and/or overview content from your site. We import this content for your review. The content will be used in full for some email and social media card promotions and will also be used by our AI Engine to develop additional content for email and social media promotions.

What if the box is empty?

If the box is empty it means that either, your registration page does not contain enough information, or our AI Engine was unsuccessful in identifying the correct content. In either case, you can add a 2-3 sentence summary of your event.

What if the box has the "wrong" content?
Sometimes our AI engine doesn't get it, it happens. In that case, edit or add the desired content.

Can I edit this Content?

Yes. Remember, the content is used verbatim in email and social media posts, so make sure you have it exactly the way you want it.

Even after the campaign has been generated you can modify this content and regenerate the campaign.

Campaign Content

Contentware uses "content items" to generate social media posts, email headlines and subject lines. These content items may have been extracted from your registration page or developed by our AI Engine.

You can edit, add, or delete any content items. It’s best to have 10 or more content items.

These content items may or may not be complete sentences. There is no need to transform them to complete sentences, our AI engine does that for you.

Sometimes our AI engine doesn't get it, it happens. In that case, please edit of delete any that are incorrect in intent. If you do not want to include a content item, delete it, otherwise our AI engine will use to create additional content.

Campaign Bullet Point List

Many event registration pages contain a bullet list that describes the benefits of attending the event. This content can be very powerful in motivating someone to register for the event.

Contentware uses bullet lists in email promotions.  If your registration page contains a bullet list (and Contentware's AI was able to identify it) we will extract the bullet list and display it for your review.  If your page does not contain a bullet list, or Contentware's AI was unable to identify it, then we will generate a bullet list for your review.

How It Works

We read your page, much like a search engine and our AI Engine identifies a bulleted list of event key points. We import this content for your review in the box to the left. This list will be used in-full for some email promotions.

What if the box has the “wrong” content?
You can replace this list with content from your registration page, edit, or add new content.

Sometimes our AI Engine doesn’t get it, it happens. In that case, please edit or delete any bullet points that are incorrect in intent.

If you do not want to include a bullet, delete it, otherwise it will be included in the full bulleted list.

Speaker Information

On the campaign setup page there is an option to “Include Speaker Information''. Contentware uses speaker information in some email promotions.

How It Works

Contentware adds a speaker section to some of the campaign email promotions. The section will look like this:

Meet our industry expert.
John Smith Product Manager, Contentware
John is the product manager at Contentware. He is responsible for new features and platform upgrades. John has more than 10 years of experience in SaaS marketing software development.

You can have multiple speakers included for an event, use a separate box for each speaker.

Use the forward and back arrows to scroll through different images. Once you have selected an image, click the "Generate Content" button to finalize the campaign creation process

Can I use my own image?
