Social Media Tracking

Contentware provides tracking data on all social media posts published from the platform. To access social media tracking select a campaign from the campaigns grid and click the "Social Media Analytics" tab.

Only social media posts published from the Contentware platform have tracking information. If a campaign has NO published social media posts, no tracking will be available.

Contentware provides a summary report rolling up all of the published promotions within a campaign as well as tracking by each individual platform.

You can click any row in the "Top Performing Promotions" to see the actual promotion and detailed tracking for that individual post.

To view a calendar of all published posts click the calendar icon in the right side of the green tool bar. Within the calendar view you can click on any promotion and the tracking information will be displayed.
There are slight nuances to how each platform defines interactions.  The chart below provides  additonal explanations.
