If you choose not to subscribe to Contentware after the 7 day trial period, you must cancel the subscription by going to "My Account" > "Account and Billing Information" > "Manage Account" > then click on your subscription then click "Cancel Subscription". Your trial subscription will cancel immediately and your credit card will not be charged. However, if you cancel after the trial period has ended, your account will remain active until the end of the term period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription on Jan 15, your account will remain active until the end of January.
