There are a few reasons your payment may have been declined. Most often, payments are declined because the card is expired or the credit limit on the card has been reached. Contentware identifies when a card is declined, but doesn't tell us why. We will retry payment multiple times, and if unsuccessful, the ability to create new campaigns will be suspended until the issue is resolved. Your campaigns that are in progress will not be impacted. If you believe your card was declined in error, you'll need to contact your bank or card provider.
